Aurel Gavriloaia is Head of Development at AG Real Estate.
He is one of the property developers active in the district, with the major mixed-use project NOR (ex-CCN). The district tells a story. “You walk 200 metres and you’re in another world. You can see greenery, offices, a park and housing. For him, the district is an invitation to do better.”
